| Abstract: | Island areas,fishing areas,shallow waters and narrow waterways constitute the high-risk areas.Based on an introduction of the characteristics of vessels sailing in the complex area as well as the influence upon navigation safety,this article,combined with the characteristics of the sea area and the navigation condition,puts forward the corresponding methods of navigation command and control so as to ensure the navigation safety in the complex area. |
