| 摘 要： | 文章针对在建船体龙筋面板板厚中心出现的分层开裂现象,采用化学成分分析、力学性能、金相试验和扫描电镜对龙筋面板中心分层原因作了分析,并提出了改进措施。结果表明：造成龙筋面板中心分层的主要原因是钢板厚度中心1/2处卷入大面积保护渣,最后随钢液凝固在钢材厚度中心。

| Abstract: | In view of delamination occurring in hull keel board,this article analyzes its causes from the angles of chemical composition analysis,mechanical performance,metallographic test as well as scanning electron microscope.The research indicates that the primary cause lies in a large area of casting powder engulfed into the middle of thickness center of steel plate which solidifies in the thickness centre with liquid steel in the end. |
