刚柔相济的高校班级管理模式刍议

刚性管理、柔性管理是班级管理中两种截然不同的管理模式。文章针对新时期高校学生出现的新特点和班级管理工作中出现的新问题,在对高校班级刚性管理和柔性管理优缺点分析的基础上,提出将刚柔相济管理模式与高校班级管理相融合,做到刚柔相济,扬长避短,从而提高班级管理水平。

A Study on the Rigid and Flexible College Class Management

There exist two models in terms of class management,i.e.rigid management and flexible management.In view of college students＇ characteristics and problems arising from class management at current times,this article,based on an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of rigid management and flexible management,advocates the combination of these two models and college class management so as to promote class management.
