| 摘 要： | 班主任专业化发展是职业教育发展的要求和班主任职责的需求。文章在阐述班主任专业化内涵的基础上,深入分析了班主任专业化对高职教育的意义所在,并从转变观念、加强培训、自主发展等方面论述了班主任专业化的具体实施途径,具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The specialized development of class advisers is the requirement of vocational education development as well as class advisers＇ obligation.Based on a brief introduction of this topic,this article analyzes its significance in vocational education development.In addition,this article expounds its ways of implementation from the angles of transforming idea,strengthening training and achieving independent development,which will be of significance in guidance. |
