高职院校产学研合作机制研究

摘    要:文章首先介绍了高职院校产学研合作的现状与面临的问题,然后从管理机制、评价机制、激励机制和监督机制等四个方面进行了探讨,认为只有建立起产学研合作教育良好的管理机制、评价机制、激励机制及监督机制才能在新形势下促进产学研合作教育的健康、可持续、深入发展,才能保证产学研合作教育实现其应有的功能。

Abstract:This article, based on introducing the current situation of production-teaching-research cooperation in vocational colleges as well as the problems it confronts, probes into it from the angles of management mechanism, evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism. It comes to the conclusion that sound management mechanism, evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of production-teaching-research cooperation education, ensuring that production-teaching-research cooperation education performs its desired functions.
