摘    要:文章简述了南通营船港水道下界航道可航水域尺度,运用"静态系数或通航要素系数"理论,对苏桥#5左右通航浮上、下水域航道难度静态系数进行分析和比较,提出了海船掉头进出南通营船港的有关事项,为航海人员掉头进出南通营船港提供参考。

Abstract:This article describes the scale of navigable waters of the channel of Yingchuangang in Nantong. In addition, applying the theory static coefficient or coefficient of navigable elements, it analyses and compares the static coefficient of difficulty of the channel around Suqiao No.5 navigation floating bridge and puts forward the points for attention concerning the U-turn of seagoing vessels entering and leaving Yingehuangang, providing reference in this field.
