福建省中小货代企业人员离职意向研究

摘    要:近年来国际货运代理行业的竞争非常激烈,员工离职、跳槽现象很普遍,给企业带来严重的负面影响。文章将影响货代从业人员离职意向的因素归纳为7个具体因子,通过相关性分析与多元回归分析等方法,探讨影响福建省货代行业员工的离职意向的具体因素,为货代企业的人力资源管理找到切合实际的办法。

Abstract:In recent years,the competition in international freight forwarding has grown increasingly fierce,which gives rise to such phenomena as frequent resignation and job-hopping,having negative influence on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.This article summarizes the 7 factors underlying this phenomenon.In addition,in combination with correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis,it probes into the factors affecting the resignation of employees in freight forwarding industry in Fujian Province,which is expected to offer reference for human resources management in this field.
