| 摘 要： | 本文报道了氟对培养的软骨细胞生长的影响。传代兔关节软骨细胞在不同氟浓度培养液中培养192 h,结果显示:细胞生长和基质产生量均与氟浓度呈负相关。光镜形态观察各组间未见明显差异。

| Abstract: | The effect of fluorine on the growth of cultur-al chondrocyte was reporeed in this article. Therabbit articular chondrocytes were grown for 192 hin the medium containing fluorine of different con-centration. The results showed that the growthcondition of both matrix and chondrocyte werenegatively correlated to the concentration of fluo-rine in medium. However, the morphology of cul-tural chondrocytes observed by microscope waswithout difference among six experimental groups. |
