摘    要:主要介绍目前国内散粮储运系统中溜管及其耐磨板的使用情况,对常用的3种耐磨衬板材料(超高板、锰钢板、聚氨酯板)从耐磨性、经济性和可操作性等方面进行分析比较,认为聚氨酯板优于超高板和锰钢板.指出了目前国内常用的四角焊全封闭式和底板可拆下开口式2种溜管存在的结构缺陷,从便于观察、维修和减少粉尘爆炸危险考虑,建议采用盖板可拆卸上开口式溜管.

Abstract:The application of chute and its wear resistant plate in hulk grain storage and conveying system in China currently is introduced mainly in this paper. The wear resistant capacity, economy and maneuverability, etc. of three kinds of common wear resistant plate materials such as thick plate, manganese steel plate or poly - ammonia - ester plate are compared with each other. Conclusion is that the last one is superior to the former two. This paper thinks that two kinds of chutes in common use such as fully closed one with weld on four corners and opened one with disassembly bottom plate are imperfect in their structures. Considering of the convenience to observation, maintenance and reducing risk of dust blast, this paper suggests the selection of opened chute with disassembly upper plate.
