高速公路煤矸石路基现场性能研究

摘    要:为了探索煤矸石路基现场路用性能的变化,以青兰高速邯涉段工程为依托,分析了每层煤矸石碾压前后压碎值及级配的变化情况,并观察了其对压实性能的影响,结果表明:每层煤矸石终压后的压碎值均大于碾压前;随着碾压遍数的增加,煤矸石级配曲线中间筛孔的通过率增大,最后两遍检验的时候级配曲线趋于重合。

Abstract:In order to study the change of performance of coal gangue subgrade, based on the Hanshe section of Qinglan Expressway, the crush value and change of gradation before and after the compaction of every layer of coal gangue are analyzed, and the impact on compaction effect is observed. The results indicate that: the crush value is bigger after the compaction; the passing rate of sieve pore in the middle of gradation curve for coal gangue increases following the increasing of compaction times. In the last two times of verification, the gradation curves tend to coincide.
