摘    要:利用高非线性光纤的四波混频效应,提出了实现高速全光与门的新方案.根据光脉冲在非线性光纤中的传输基本方程与四波混频原理,推导并建立了全光与门理论模型.通过数值模拟,实现了40Gbit/s的全光与门,并研究了由群速度失配引起的走离效应对与门输出的影响.

Abstract:With the FWM effect in nonlinear fibers,a novel high speed all-optical AND gate scheme is proposed.On the basis of transmission equation of pulse in nonlinear fiber and FWM principle,an all-optical AND gate theoretical model is developed.A 40Gbit/s AND gate is realized by numerical simulation,and the affection to the AND output introduced by the walk-off effect owing to group velocity mismatch is also studied.
