清扫车吸尘口结构优化设计

摘    要:为了解决清扫车的吸尘口结构不合理导致清扫车吸尘能力低、能量损耗大、气流分布不合理等问题,对吸尘口侧面和正面的进气流建立了数学方程式,进行了模拟仿真分析,得出了最优值,优化了吸尘口的结构设计。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the low suction capacity, high energy consuming and unreasonable air flow causing by the unreasonable structure of the suction mouth in the sweeper, the optimized figure was gotten by establishment of mathematical equation of front and side flow of the suction mouth and making simulation analysis to direct the design of the suction mouth.
