郑州黄河公铁两用桥钢梁顶推施工及造价分析

摘    要:郑州黄河公铁两用大桥是新建石武客运专线上的一座新建桥梁,总长1684m,结构复杂,施工难度大。经论证,主桥第一联钢梁总体架设,采用在组拼平台上拼装成型,分次整体顶推施工方案。此文重点阐述其施工工艺流程,并针对施工工艺流程进行分部分项工程造价分析。通过分析与计算,主体结构钢梁总质量为25706t,工程造价为39326.27万元,其经济指标为15298元/t。

Girder Incremental Launching Construction and its Cost Analysis in Zhengzhou Huanghe River Road- rail Bridge
Abstract:Zhengzhou Huanghe River road - rail bridge is a new bridge on the Shi - Wu passenger dedicated line with the total length of 684 m, which has complicated structure and high construction difficulty. Through argument, the first main girder overall erection in the main bridge adopts the construction plan that firstly assembly molding in the the spellers platform, then pushing as a whole. This article emphasis on its con- struction technological process, and performs partial project cost analysis in terms of construction technol- ogy and procedure. Through the analysis and calculation, the total quality of the main structure steel beam is 25, 706 t, the project cost is 39, 3. 2627 million yuan, the economic index is 15 298 yuan/t.
