| Abstract: | The concept of one-step completely orthogonality for ordinary linear codes is extended to linear unequal error protection (UEP) codes and then, two generalized minimum distance soft- decision decoding algorithms similar to the algorithms proposed by Yu & Costello [1] but suitable for the one-step completely orthogonalizable UEP codes are presented. |
