脉压对冠状动脉病变的影响

目的探讨脉压[PP=收缩压(SBP)-舒张压(DBP)]对冠状动脉病变的影响。方法对221例经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者,分析其SBP、DBP和PP高低与冠脉病变支数、记分及临床表现的差别。结果①高SBP组[≥140mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)]和高DBP组(>81mmHg)较低SBP组(<140mmHg)和低DBP组(≤80mmHg)年龄大,女性比例高,不稳定心绞痛(UA)和急性心肌梗死(AMI)比例低。②高PP组(≥50mmHg)较低PP组(<50mmHg)年龄大,女性比例高,UA和AMI比例差别消失,多支血管病变多。结论与高SBP组和高DBP组的临床表现不同,高PP组多支血管病变多,而患UA和AMI的比例与低PP组比无明显差异。

Effects of pulse pressure on coronary artery disease

Objective To study the effects of pulse pressure (PP) on coronary artery disease. Methods High and low systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and pulse pressure (PP) were measured in 221 cases with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary artery radiography, and the differences of coronary artery count, score, and clinic features were analyzed. Results ① Compared with low SBP group [<140mmHg (1mmHg=(0.133kPa))] and low DBP group (≤80mmHg), high SBP group(≥140mmHg) and high DBP group((>81mmHg)) were older in age, with higher percentage of females and lower incidence of unstable angina pectoris(UA) and acute myocardial infarction(AMI). ② Compared with low PP group(<50mmHg), higher PP group((≥50mmHg)) was older in age, with higher percentage of females, higher incidence of coronary artery disease and no difference in the incidence of UA and AMI. Conclusion Different from higher SBP group and higher DBP group, higher PP group show higher incidence of coronary artery disease, and show no difference in the incidence of UA and AMI.
