摘    要:援马尔代夫中马友谊大桥主桥为(100+2×180+140+100+60)m混合梁V形支腿连续刚构桥。主梁采用混凝土梁+钢箱叠合梁的混合梁,19~22号墩间三孔梁跨中区段为钢箱-超高性能混凝土叠合梁,其余区段均为预应力混凝土梁。为改善中跨受力,在19~21号墩顶设置V形支腿,采用1道厚2.0m的横隔板实现墩顶主梁、V形支腿、中跨主梁的连接。针对强涌浪区、珊瑚礁地质条件,主桥墩基础采用变截面钢管复合桩基础,成桩后钢护筒参与桩基础结构受力。耐久性设计采用海工高性能混凝土和适当增加混凝土保护层厚度的基本防腐原则,同时针对不同结构部位增加相应的附加防腐措施。

Abstract:The China-Maldives Friendship Bridge is a continuous rigid frame bridge which has a structure of hybrid girder and V-shaped supporting legs, and a span arrangement of (100+2× 180+ 140+100+60) m. The hybrid main girder is composed of concrete girder and composite steel box girder. The composite girders composed of steel-box and ultra high performance concrete are adopted for the mid-span segments between piers No. 19-22, and prestressed concrete girders for the rest segments. In order to improve mechanical behavior of the mid-span, V-shaped supporting legs are arranged on the top of piers No. 19-21. A diaphragm with a thickness of 2.0 m is adopted to connect the main girder on the pier top, V-shaped supporting legs, and main girder at the mid-span. The conditions of severe swell and coral reef geology are taken into account, thus the concrete-filled steel tubular piles with variable cross-sections are adopted to construct the foundation of main piers, and the bearing capacity of pile foundation should include that of steel tubes after the piles are completed. In the durability design, the basic anti-corrosion principles of applying marine high-performance concrete and appropriately increasing of coverage thickness are adopted, furthermore, some additional anti-corrosion measures are taken in different parts of bridge.
