深中通道中山大桥总体设计

摘    要:深中通道中山大桥为(110+185+580+185+110)m半飘浮体系双塔钢箱梁斜拉桥,按双向8车道高速公路标准设计。桥塔采用H形钢筋混凝土结构,塔高213.5m。塔柱采用单箱单室不规则多边形截面,塔底连接系梁将两柱底基础连接成整体以增强抗船撞能力。主梁采用正交异性钢桥面板整幅流线型扁平钢箱梁,双边腹板构造,桁架式横隔板,中心线处梁高4m。全桥共设120根斜拉索,按双索面扇形布置,采用7 mm高强镀锌平行钢丝索,标准抗拉强度1 960MPa。斜拉索在钢箱梁上采用锚拉板锚固,在桥塔上采用钢锚梁锚固。桥塔采用分离式承台+群桩基础;边墩、辅助墩采用大悬臂板式整体墩,群桩基础。桥梁基础采用先平台后围堰法施工,塔柱采用液压爬模施工,钢箱梁采用架梁吊机双悬臂架设施工。

Abstract:Zhongshan Bridge in Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is a semi-floating double-pylon steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with spans of(110+185+580+185+110)m,and it is designed according to the standard of two-way eight-lane expressway.The H-shaped reinforced concrete structure is adopted for the bridge pylon with a height of 213.5 m.The single-celled single-box irregular polygon cross section is adopted for the pylon column,and the tie beam at the bottom of the pylon connects the two column foundations as a whole to enhance the anti-collision ability of ships.The main girder is an integral streamlined flat steel box girder with orthotropic steel deck,which has a bilateral web structure and truss transverse diaphragms,and the height of the main girder at the center line is 4 m.A total of 120 cable-stayed cables are installed in the bridge,they are arranged in sector shape with double cable planes,andφ7 mm high strength galvanized parallel steel cables with a standard tensile strength of 1 960 MPa are adopted.Cables are anchored by anchor plates on the steel box girder and steel anchor beam on the bridge pylon.The separate bearing cap and group pile foundation are adopted for the bridge pylon,and large cantilever plate integral pier and group pile foundation are adopted for the side pier and auxiliary pier.The bridge foundation is constructed by the method of first platform and then cofferdam,the tower column is constructed by the method of hydraulic climbing formwork,and the steel box girder is constructed in a way of double cantilever of girder erecting crane.
