PHC管桩抗剪试验研究

摘    要:针对国内PHC管桩在水运工程中应用广泛但受剪承载能力计算方法尚未明确统一的情况,对3根直径800 mm、壁厚110 mm的PHC800B110-5型管桩进行抗剪试验研究.通过观察受剪状态下的裂缝开展、挠度变形、破坏状态,分析剪跨段桩身最大主应力、最大剪应力和主应力角度;研究试验桩的受剪破坏过程,得到试验桩的抗裂剪力和极限剪力.从试验结果可知,管桩在开裂之后到发生破坏仍然具有一定的承载能力.

Abstract:PHC pipe pile is widely used in water transportation projects of China,but the calculation method of shear bearing capacity is not clearly unified,so we carry out the shear test on three PHC800B110-5 pipe piles with diameter of 800 mm and wall thickness of 110 mm.Based on the observation of the crack development,deflection and failure state,we analyze the maximum principal stress,the maximum shear stress and the principal stress angle at the shear span;based on the study on the shear failure process of the test pile,we obtain the shear cracking resistance and shear ultimate resistance of the test piles.The test results show that PHC pipe piles still have load carrying capacity after cracking until they are destroyed.
