中外桥梁长寿命化研究进展及其思考

摘    要:为更好地满足社会对既有桥梁的承载和通行能力提出的更高要求,对国内外桥梁长寿命服役进行系统性研究。由于经济高速发展的起点不同,桥梁老龄化问题首先在发达工业化国家得到重视,近年来欧美和日本等国家和地区开展了延长桥梁寿命、维持桥梁长期性能的研究。在总结国外研究成果的基础上,分析我国桥梁的耐久性和安全性现状,并对我国开展桥梁长寿命研究提出原则性建议:面对我国巨大的桥梁保有量及其服役现状,需以科技创新为引领,提前开展桥梁长寿命理论研究和技术研发,更新桥梁的养护维修策略,以期提升既有桥梁的耐久性和安全性,维系或延长使用寿命,节省经费投入,促进桥梁设计、维修加固理论和技术的进步。

Abstract:In order to better satisfy the higher requirements of society for the carrying and traffic capacity of existing bridges, we systematically researched the long-term service of bridges at home and abroad. Due to the different starting points of rapid economic development, the problem of aging of bridges is first put much value on in developed industrialized countries. In recent years, researchers from countries and regions such as Europe, America, and Japan have focused on the extension of the life of bridges and maintenance of long-term performance of bridges. On the basis of summarizing the results of foreign researches, we analyzed the durability and safety status of bridges in China, and put forward principle proposals for carrying out research on the long-term service of bridges in China as follows: due to a huge amount of existing bridges and current service status in China, it is necessary to carry out theoretical and technological researches on long-life bridges in advance which are guided by scientific and technological innovation;the maintenance and repair strategy of bridges should be updated in order to improve the durability and safety of existing bridges, to maintain or extend the service life, to save the investment, and to promote the advancement of bridge design, thus the maintenance reinforcement theory and technology can be promoted.
