血清胱抑素C、高敏C反应蛋白与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块负荷的关系

目的研究血清胱抑素C(CysC)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块负荷(CAPB)的关系。方法回顾性分析120例因拟诊冠心病而行冠脉造影检查患者的临床资料,应用Gensini积分法对冠心病患者主要冠状动脉狭窄程度定量评估,应用Sullivan提出的方法对CAPB进行评估,并对CysC、hs-CRP与Gensini积分及CAPB的关系进行相关性分析。结果不稳定性心绞痛组患者血清CysC水平相比稳定性心绞痛组明显升高(P<0.05);单因素及多因素分析均显示,血清CysC、hs-CRP水平与CAPB密切相关(P<0.05)。结论血清CysC、hs-CRP水平与CAPB密切相关,可以作为判断急性冠脉事件的预测指标。

Correlation of serum levels of cystatin C and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein with coronary atherosclerotic plaque burden

Objective To investigate the relationship of serum levels of cystatin C(CysC) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) with coronary atherosclerotic plaque burden(CAPB).Methods A total of 120 patients who were suspected of coronary heart disease were included and screened by coronary angiography.The severity of coronary artery disease was evaluated by Gensini cumulative index.The extent of lesions was evaluated by Sullivan’s methods;the correlation analysis was used to find the relationship of CysC and hs-CRP with Gensini score and CAPB.Results The serum level of CysC was significantly higher in unstable angina group than in stable angina group(P<0.05).The serum levels of CysC and hs-CRP were closely related to CAPB in univariate and multivariate analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of CysC and hs-CRP are significantly related to CAPB,and may be used as indicators for acute coronary events.
