| 摘 要： | 建设和谐大学是当前大学科学发展的总体目标和要求,是社会主义社会和谐发展的充分展现。文章通过对构建和谐大学的障碍分析,提出了高校建设和谐大学的五大落脚点,即科学民主决策、依法治校,建设平安校园、和谐文化和大学精神建设、探索科学发展机制、推进思政德育工作。
