武广客运专线双线整孔箱梁预制技术

研究目的:客运专线整孔箱梁体积大、重量重,技术标准高,无法采用普速铁路简支梁由工厂预制、铁路运输架设的制架工艺,本文通过对现场集中预制时场地规划、资源配置、施工工艺的研究介绍,以期对今后箱梁现场预制能起到借鉴和参考作用。研究结果:某制梁场采用纵列式布置形式、钢筋及内模整体吊装入模、轮胎式搬运车纵横向移梁的施工规划和工艺方案,在武广客运专线已取得成功应用。

Precasting Technique of Double-track Prefabricated Box Girder on Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line

Research purposes:As the volume is big and self-weight is heavy,the entire span box girder of passenger track,is unable to be precasted in factory and transport through railway as the traditional railroad simple-support girders.In this paper,the author introduces the layout scheme of one box giders precasting-yard and its manufacture resources configuring,together its construction procedures,trends to give some experiences and references to in-site girder-precasting in future. Research results:A box gider precasting-yard was lengthways layed,the rebar-cage and the inner- former were installed intirely,and the girders were transported by a tyred-transiter.This construction methord has succeesfully used on Wu-Guang passenger dedicated railway line.
