多层商业建筑楼梯间防火设计措施探讨

为了减少商业建筑火灾的群死群伤现象,在简述商场火灾危险性的基础上,进行商业建筑防火设计时,针对楼梯间防火较弱的情况,提出增加楼梯间火灾安全性的技术措施,分别是设防烟楼梯间、楼梯间上屋面、室外疏散楼梯以及修改楼梯间细部构造设计,增加储烟量.并论述了这些防火设计措施设置的必要性、各自适用的范围.部分措施,简单易行,能显著增加火灾安全性.供建筑设计人员进行建筑设计时参考,以及《建筑设计防火规范》修编组人员参考.

Enhancing Fire Protection Design Measures of Multi-Stories Store Staircases

Focusing on fire protection,increasing technical measures of fire safety in staircases is proposed on the basis of dealing briefly with potential danger of store buildings in order to reduce deaths and injuries.These measures are design the staircases such as smoke prevention access to roof,evacuation to outdoors,and provide smoke storage quantity for modification detail staircase construction design.Their designing necessity and applied ranges are discussed.Some measures are simple and easy to put into practice to improve fire safety markedly.It is reference to architects to design store buildings and to teams of reference of "Code of Fire Protection Design of Buildings".
