| 摘 要： | 根据产业经济学的产业关联性理论和纵向关系理论,对美国汽车产业发展历程演变及"整零"关系变化过程进行了回顾,重点研究了美国汽车产业目前的"整零"关系特点及内在运行机制,从而总结出几点结论,并提出了若干条对我国汽车制造业发展的启示,以供我国汽车业发展参考.

| Abstract: | Based on the industry relevance theory and ver-tical relations theory, the evolution of the U.S. auto industry history and the relationship between vehicle and parts is recalled. The characteristic and inherent operating mechanism of the relationship between ve-hicle and parts are focused on. Some conclusions are summarized and inspiration to the development of China's auto industry is proposed. |
