汽车后顶棚扶手的人机设计

摘    要:文章从人机工程角度出发,利用人体尺寸、Ramsis软件分析、主观评价等方法对车内后顶棚扶手操作件在布置时与人体的位置关系、抓握空间、手接触型面等因素进行分析验证,得到后顶棚扶手在后排乘员使用舒适状态下,扶手的布置区域,手伸入空间、扶手截面尺寸等人机要求。提升了后排乘员在车辆转弯、颠簸、急加速等状态下使用车内顶棚扶手时的舒适性。

Abstract:From the point of view of ergonomics,this paper uses the methods of human body size,Ramsis software analysis and subjective evaluation to analyze and verify the position relationship,grasping space and hand contact surface between the rear roof handrail and human body in the layout.It is concluded that under the comfortable condition of the rear roof handrail,the layout area of the handrail,the space of the handrail and the cross-section ruler of the handrail are reached.Man-machine requirements such as inch.It improves the comfort of the rear passengers when using the roof armrest in the vehicle under the conditions of turning,bumping and accelerating.
