摘    要:汽车轻量化技术是实现汽车节能减排的重要举措,已成为国内外汽车工业界的研究热点。碳纤维复合材料在车身上的系统应用引领了汽车行业,尤其是新能源汽车的轻量化进程。本文对国内外碳纤维复合材料车身及零部件的研究成果进行回顾与总结,从结构设计与性能仿真两个方面对目前的研究成果进行了综述,并分析存在的问题和进一步深入研究的方向。

Abstract:Automotive lightweight technology is an important measure to achieve energy saving and emission reduction,which has become a research focus in domestic and foreign automotive industry.Systematic application of carbon fiber reinforced polymers(CFRP)in vehicle body is leading the lightweight development of automotive industry,especially for the new energy vehicle.In this paper,a state-of-the-art review and summarization is presented on the researches of vehicle body and components made of CFRP.The research achievements of structure design and performance simulation of CFRP structure for vehicle are introduced,as well as analyzed the existing problems and the direction of further research.
