摘    要:为解决电机控制器串联式水道冷却效率低且IGBT模块结温不均匀的问题,本文创新性地提出了一种结构优化改进方案。针对一款大功率液冷电机控制器,对其冷却水道进行有限元建模,并利用CFD软件仿真水道的散热性能,对比分析不同方案的优劣,以提出合理化改进建议。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low cooling efficiency and uneven temperature of IGBT module,an innovative structural optimization scheme was proposed.For a high-power liquid-cooled motor controller,the finite element modeling of its cooling water channel is carried out,and the heat dissipation performance of the waterway is simulated by CFD software.And the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes are compared and analyzed to propose reasonable improvement suggestions.
