摘    要:在建立了串联半桥式场效应晶体管弧焊逆变器主回路工作过程数学模型的基础上,讨论了电路主要参数对逆变器工作过程及其可靠性的影响,指出了弧焊逆变器设计中应注意的问题。

Abstract:A mathematical model of the main circuit of an arc welding inverter with series half bridge field effect transistors is derived. Based on the model, the effects of main circuit parameters on the operating process and the reliability of the inverter are discussed. Several aspects of consideration in inverter design are given. It is essential that the power metal oxide semiconductor type field effect transistors (MOSFET) are ventilated well and the temperature should be kept below that the design specifies. The design of the main circuit is one of the important factors which influence the reliability of the arc welding inverter. The optimal design of the high frequency transformer is especially important. It should have a lower inductance leakage, and the core should have a high magnetic inductivity and a low energy loss.
