钛表面氧化还原改性对血液相容性的影响

摘    要:对钛表面进行了氧化及氧化-还原改性处理,XPS分析结果表明,经氧化还原处理,在钛表面形成了非化学计量的二氧化钛薄膜。对该氧化还原薄膜,经单纯氧化处理的纯钛和热解碳(LTIC)的血液相容性进行对比发现,钛经单纯热氧化处理后,其血液相容性有所改善,经氧化还原表面改性后,血液相容性进一步提高,在一定还原工艺下获得的具有较大还原程度的TiO2-x薄膜的抗凝血性能显著优于热解碳(LTIC)。

Abstract:Nonstoichiometric titanium dioxide film on titanium matrix was prepared by surface oxidation/hydrogen reduction method. The chemical composition of this film is analyzed by X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The blood compatibility of the film is studied by platelet adhesion tests. The results show that the anticoagulation property of hydrogen reduced titanium dioxide film is improved more significantly than that of pure oxidation, and the anticoagulation property of some samples reduced at high temperature and flow of hydrogen is obviously better than that of lower temperature isotropic pyrolytic carbon (LTIC).
