内燃机弹性基础隔振系统固有频率偏差分析

摘    要:利用矩阵摄动法定量地讨论了由于制造误差和参数估计误差所引起的参数偏差对内燃机隔振系统固有频率的影响。在一般的实际参数偏差状况下,引起系统固有频率波动最大达2.899Hz。橡胶元件的刚度波动对隔振系统固有频率的影响最大,转动惯量次之,机组质量的影响最小。

Abstract:The effects of parametric deviations caused by manufacturing errors and those in parametric estimation on the natural frequencies of a elastic isolation system for diesel engines are discussed using pertubation method. It is indicated that, in the case of ordinary parametric deviations, the largest deviation in the natural frequencies is 2.899 Hz. It is also shown that the deviation in stiffness of the rubber dampers is the most significant, that in the mass of the engine is the least important, and the moment of inertia is in between.
