| 摘 要： | 根据ＴＭＩＳ的需求，给出了应用数据转换工具系统的总体结构，并在应用环境中实现了该系统。本数据转换系统具有较好的通用性，实时性，可用性，完全可满足ＴＭＩＳ应用的要求。
