浅析先简支后连续梁桥湿接缝的设计与施工

摘    要:先简支后连续结构是一种先在预制场预制、按简支状态安装,现场浇筑连续湿接头,形成连续梁的一种桥型。该桥型具有工厂化预制、质量易于控制、施工简便、模板周转率高、施工速度快,施工期间占用场地小、对地面交通干扰小、行车舒适以及工程造价相对较低等优点,近几年广泛应用于高等级公路,特别是高速公路。结合津宁高速公路工程介绍该桥型的湿接缝的设计与施工,有关经验可供相关专业人员参考。

Elementary Analysis on Wet Seam Design and Construction of Simple Supported and Post-continuous Beam Bridge
Abstract:The simple-supported and post-continuous structure is a bridge type of firstly prefabricating and installing in the simple supporting state in the prefabrication field and then continuously casting the wet joint to form the continuous beam in site.This kind of bridge has the advantages of the factory prefabrication,easy control of quality,simple construction,high turnover rate of formwork,fast construction speed,a few occupied land during construction,a little disturbance on the ground traffic,comfortable driving and relative low engineering construction cost,and has been widely used in the high-class highways,especially expressways.The article introduces the design and construction of wet seam of this bridge by Tianjin-Nanjing Expressway Project.The relative experience can be referred for the professional members.
