| 摘 要： | IACS新开发的适用散货船和油船的共同结构规范（HCSR）相比CSR,许多内容都有了新规定或新要求,尤其是载荷工况、强度衡准、有限元分析以及疲劳强度等几方面。本文对以上几方面内容在HCSR中的主要变化点进行了分析研究,为以后HCSR的实际应用提供支持。

| Abstract: | The HCSR is harmonized common structure rule for bulk carrier an d oil tanker. Its many content are different from CSR,especially load cases,yield strength criteria,finite element analysis,fatigue strength, etc. So the paper narrates the background of HCSR,also analyzes and studies that the HCSR’s new rules and requirements for the above content in order to provide technical support for HCSR applying. |
