| 摘 要： | 船舶舵机是船舶重要的设备之一。航行中特别是船舶处于狭窄水道或者进出港口水域时,一旦发生舵机失灵,如果不能及时采取有效措施,就会导致严重的事故。本文通过某轮在长江水域发生舵机失灵故障案例对船舶管理人员在处理舵机失灵、舵机故障排除以及日常维护保养方面的措施进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Steering gear is one of the most important equipment of ship,sailing ship in particular the narrow waterway or out of harbors waters,in case of actuator failure,as a member of the crew if not to take timely and effective measures,will result in serious accidents. In this paper,the main failure from a wheel in the Yangtze River waters occurs actuator,through the emergency crew avoided an accident. Through the introduction,the accident analysis,hoping to provide reference for the management personnel,in the treatment of servo actuator failure troubleshooting and daily maintenance. |
