进入20世纪90年代以来，随着我国经济的发展，城市化水平迅速提高，城市地区的交通问题成为诸多大城市的重要课题。本文首先从城市化角度运用系统观点分析了以大城市为中心的综合运输系统研究的理论背景，指出了构建大城市综合运输系统的必要性；其次，本文结合我国城市特定地域概念，从城市内部交通、对外交通、市域交通以及枢纽建设研究了构造城市综合运输系统的基本思想；最后，作者根据对我国未来城市社会与经济发展趋势的理解，提出了建立和逐步完善可持续的城市综合运输体系的具体政策措施和组织建议。

Building Megacity-centered Comprehensive Transportation System

Since 1990s, with the development of economy and urbanization, traffic problems have became urgent issues facing many major cities of China. In terms of urbanization, this paper first analyzes the background of building the megacity-centered comprehensive transportation system, and then reveals its necessity. Furthermore, considering the proper characteristics of Chinese cities, this paper elaborates the concept of building comprehensive transportation system from four aspects: inner-city transport, outbound transport, urban region transport, and hinge construction. Finally, in the light of the development trend of economy and society of Chinese cities in the future, the author sets forth some operational policy measures and organizational suggestions.
