电磁离合式夹心取力器的设计与应用

摘    要:针对国内消防车辆用夹心取力器采用的机械式离合方式存在的不足,提出采用电磁离合器实现车辆无论是在静止状态还是运动过程中,均可以通过电信号控制取力器的离合,满足取力器带载动力的切入与脱开的性能要求,同时保障取力器稳定可靠的工作状态。

Abstract:There are shortcomings of sandwich Power-Take-Off in domestic fire engines that the types of mechanical clutch is insufficient. Electromagnetic clutch was used. No matter in stationary or running, Power-Take-Off clutch can be controlled by electrical signal. Requirements of Power-Take-Off on and off performance with loading momentum, while ensuring the stability and reliability.
