基于DMC-PID串级控制算法的AMT离合器接合位置控制

摘    要:针对AMT离合器接合位置控制系统具有的时滞弱非线性特性,采用DMC-PID串级预测控制算法应用于该系统.利用TCU进行的实验结果表明,采用该算法时离合器接合位置跟踪过程中的波动、超调、上升时间和过渡时间等动态指标,均优于常规PID控制算法和单一DMC控制算法,大大提高了控制品质.

Abstract:In view of the weak nonlinearity and time-delay characteristics of AMT clutch engagement position control system,DMC-PID cascade predictive control algorithm is applied to the system.The results of experiment with TCU show that when using the algorithm the dynamic indicators such as fluctuation,overshoot,rising time and transition time in clutch engagement position tracking process are all superior to that with conventional PID control and single DMC control algorithms,resulting in great enhancement of cont...
