| Abstract: | Innovation is the eternal theme and the only way to enterprise development,only by innovation can enterprise adapt changing market requirement and market competition. This paper introduces innovation practices of Jiangsu Transportation Research Institute Co. Ltd. form three levels including strategy innovation,technology innovation and management innovation.h is proved that only taking continuous innovation can we achieved initiative and success. |
