| 摘 要： | 水安全问题是整个城市安全问题的重要组成部分。该文在对水安全概念充分理解的基础上,利用多层次、多目标决策和模糊优选理论,建立了区域水安全评价的模糊优选模型,构建了水安全影响因素的层次结构图,并提出了采用层次分析法(AHP)对各种影响因素的重要性进行分析的思路。

| Abstract: | Water safety is an important component of the safeties in the city. On the basis of fully understanding the concept of water security, the article sets up the fuzzy optimization model for eval- uation of regional water security by the multi- objective and multilevel fuzzy optimization theory, build a hierarchy structure of the influencing factors of water safety, and proposes an idea of using Analyt- ic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the importance of the influencing factors. |
