| 摘 要： | 工程计划、进度统计、计量管理在公路工程项目建设管理中起着重要作用,笔者以攀枝花市炳草岗金沙江大桥建设项目的管理模式,以及该项目实行计划、统计、计量管理所起的作用的总结为基础,并根据本项目中管理的经验,提出了一些完善工程项目建设管理的建议.可供其它项目的建设管理借鉴.

The paper sums up the experience of supervising panzhihua bingcaogang jinshajiang bridge construction, and methods of carrying out program、statistics and count.And Some suggestions are given in this paper as well. |
