地铁车站预留洞口现浇顶板吊模施工技术

摘    要:预留洞口封堵在地铁施工中较为常见,以安德里北街站预留洞口现浇顶板封堵工程为依托,对交叉作业、大跨度、大厚度的预留洞口现浇顶板吊模施工技术进行探讨。通过对方案比选、方案设计与验算、施工工艺流程、安全、质量及重难点等方面进行阐述和分析,得出主要结论为: 可靠的吊模施工技术可以满足预留洞口现浇顶板施工的安全、质量、进度等要求,可以解决大跨度、大厚度的预留洞口吊模封堵的难题。

Abstract:The construction of roof slab of reserved opening of Metro station is common. The suspended formwork technology used in the construction of the large span and large thickness cast in situ roof slab of reserved opening of Andelibeijie station is presented in terms of construction program selection, construction program design and calculation, construction procedure, safety, quality and difficulties. Conclusion is drawn that the suspended formwork technology is suitable for the construction of the large span and large thickness cast in situ roof slab of reserved opening of Metro station.
