| 摘 要： | 通过数据挖掘技术的引入,提出了一种新的物流客户关系管理方法。在对数据挖掘方法作了全面论述的基础上,着重分析了关联分析方法和决策树分析方法,并结合两个实例讨论了方法的应用。

| Abstract: | This paper raise one new method of logistic customer relationship management with Data Mining.Firstly,a comprehensive perspective of technologies using in DM are given,then, the association analysis and classification analysis are presented,finally,shows the results about applications in marketing using these two methods. |
