真空热处理对Co-W电刷镀镀层的影响

摘    要:本文以3Cr2W8V为基体,制备了Co-W合金的电刷镀镀层,并在不同温度下对镀层试样进行了真空热处理,观察了热处理后镀层截面形貌和组织特征,分析了热处理后镀层的硬度、结合力等性能。结果表明在750℃时对Co-W镀层进行真空热处理后,涂层具有良好的综合性能。

Abstract:In the paper,the Co-W alloy electro-brush plating coating is based on 3Cr2w8V.The vacuum heat treatment is carried out with the coating under different temperature.And The Cross-section morphology and microstructure are observed and the property as hardness and the bonding force of the coating are analyzed after heatreating.The results shows that the coating has preferred comprehensive properties with vacuum anneal heatreatment under 700℃.
