摘    要:针对某款轿车的侧面碰撞试验建立有限元模型和PSM模型,对B柱部位进行分段处理和相关性分析,并针对不同部位的相关系数进行结构改进,然后进行验证计算。结果表明,改进结构可有效地降低车体的侵入量,假人损伤值达到了法规要求。

Abstract:In allusion to the side impact of one type of car,finite element model and PSM model are set up to conduct sectional treatment and correlation analysis towards B column.Then structure improvement is put forward about the correlation coefficient of different parts,then calculating to validate it.The results show that the improved structure can decrease the inbreak quantity of the car and the dummy damage can meet the request of the regulations.
