PLC控制型铜铝管对焊机的执行机构设计

摘    要:分析了铜铝管焊接工艺过程,并将其分解为6个动作.在此基础上,设计了铜铝管对焊机的执行机构,包括其气动系统和配套夹具.实践证明,PLC控制型铜铝管对焊机的执行机构完全满足铜铝管优质焊接的要求.由于PLC控制型铜铝管对焊机的控制精度和执行机构动作精度均很高,从而其整体性能达到了较高水平.

Abstract:The process of Cu-Al pipe butt welding was analyzed, which is divided into 6 steps. The executive mechanism of Cu-Al pipe butt welder, based on above, was designed, including its air system and mating clamper. In practice, the executive mechanism of PLC controlled Cu-Al pipe butt welder meets the expectation for high quality Cu-Al welding completely. Because of its high control and executive precision, the whole technological performance of PLC controlled Cu-Al pipe butt welder reaches the top position.
