| Abstract: | Hong kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships, 2009 has prescribed the management regulation, facilities, operation condition and labor protection of workers. By analyzing the effect of the Convention on ship cycling industry, the article advices that the companies should take countermeasures positively. and faces the opportunities and challenge after the convention passed. |
