粉煤灰水泥粉体颗粒堆积密度对其性能的影响

摘    要:将纯硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰按不同的粉磨时间和匹配处理成若干个不同颗粒群分布的试样,粉煤灰和水泥以各种颗粒群匹配(粉煤灰掺量均为40%)制成一系列粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥,进行胶砂强度、流动度检验。采用灰色关联分析方法研究粉煤灰水泥颗粒群堆积密度对粉煤灰水泥强度与流动度的影响。系统深入地研究了堆积密实程度与水泥胶砂性能的关系,为粉煤灰的有效利用提供理论依据。

Abstract:It puts pure Portland cement, pulverized fuel ash cement to treat into some samples with different granular group distribution in accordance with different pulverization time and matching. Pulverized fuel ash and cement are made into a serious of pulverized fuel ash Portland cement by various kinds of granular group matching (40% of pulverized fuel ash additive amount) for checking glue-sand strength and fluidity. It studies on the influence of the heaped density of pulverized fuel ash cement granular group on pulverized fuel ash cement strength and fluidity by gray connected analysis method. The system deeply studies on the relation of heaped density degree with cement glue-sand performance so as to provide the theo ̄ry base for the effective utilization of pulverized fuel ash.
