| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the tasks of transportation organization and command in future wartime,the principles for establishing transportation organization and command systems in wartime are dealt with in the paper,with the macro thinking about the design of transportation organization and command,the general organ design conception,and the construction of corresponding laws,systems and rules put forward,and counter-measures and methods suggested to promote the implementation of the construction of the systems. |
