| 摘 要： | 基于系统论的复合系统理论.结合数据包络分析方法和模糊数学的隶属度概念,构建了交通.土地利用复合系统的协调度模型.根据北京市具体情况.遵循科学性和实用性原则,选取了协调度评价指标.对北京市城八区的交通一土地利用复合系统的协调度进行了计算,得到的结论是:北京市过去及现在,交通.土地利用复合系统一直处于基本不协调状态,在采取了调整优化措施后,有望达到系统的协调发展.计算出了模型输入指标的优化目标值,使得改善调控措施更加有的放矢.
