摘    要:对6190直列天然气发动机进行了气缸压力、瞬时转速及同步信号等的测量,分析了不同工况下该机的燃烧循环变动情况和各缸的工作均匀性。结果表明,燃气发动机燃烧循环变动和工作不均匀度都较大,但随着负荷的增大,燃烧循环变动和工作不均匀度都减小。分析认为进气不均及各缸不能在最佳点火时刻点火是产生燃烧循环变动大的主要因素,并据此提出改善燃烧循环变动、减小工作不均匀度的建议。

Abstract:The cylinder pressure,instantaneous speed and synchronous signal of 6190 natural gas engine were measured to analyze its cyclic variation and working unevenness.The results show that the cyclic variation and working unevenness of natural gas engine are larger than those of conventional engines,but will decrease with load increase.Through the analysis,the intake unevenness and the different ignition timing between cylinders are the main causes of cyclic variation.Based on the analysis,the proposals to improv...
